WHAT WE DO
Yuva Parivartan Welfare Trust is actively taking measures to promote environmental sustainability due to the excessive consumption of energy, food, and human-made resources in our daily lives. The Trust recognizes that rapid population growth has intensified farming and manufacturing activities, resulting in higher levels of greenhouse gas emissions, unsustainable energy practices, and deforestation.
WHY ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
Preserving resources such as clean air, water, and wildlife for future generations is a key reason why environmental sustainability holds significant importance. Weinstein also appreciates another definition of sustainability, which focuses on "ensuring that human society operates within ecological limits." This particular definition is commonly referred to as the planetary boundary (PB) concept.
