This entails ensuring that they have the same opportunities as the entire population and an equitable share in the advancements in living conditions brought about by social and economic development.

The responsibility for promoting the inclusion of disabled individuals in all aspects of social, economic, and political life lies with every segment of society, including individuals, organizations, and governments. However, it is essential for governments to assume a leading role in raising awareness among the population about the benefits that can be attained by incorporating disabled individuals into various spheres of life.
